Staff were very helpful and polite, and also very responsive on my queries on FB messenger. Ample parking spaces were available. Massage therapists were good. We arrived late for the buffet but they allowed us to eat still. They have clean and well-maintained facilities. Wi-Fi is also available per floor since telecom signal was very poor inside the building. Sleeping areas are also available for long stay. Overall, I had a good experience and will visit again soon
