Just had the pleasure of dining at Sofitel's Spiral Buffet in Manila and OMG, it's a must-visit! 🌟 The variety is insane – from local Filipino dishes to gourmet European selections. I was particularly blown away by their sushi and the dessert bar is just... chef's kiss. 🍣🍰 The ambiance is upscale and feels super fancy, perfect for date nights or special occasions. Staff were attentive and always around to help. It's on the pricier side, but honestly, you get what you pay for. Such a treat! If you're around Manila, you've got to give it a try. The array of delectable dishes, from local delights to international favourites, was simply extraordinary. The chefs' talent and attention to detail were evident in every bite. I especially loved the Sushi chef’s creations and the Teppan Ice Cream station, a dessert experience truly redefined.
Coupled with outstanding service and a cozy ambiance, it was a dining experience to remember. Highly recommended for food enthusiasts and family outings, especially for everyone who lives in Makati and doesn’t want to venture far to indulge in a luxurious buffet experience.
