Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and we appreciate the facilities and accommodations. However, there are a few areas that we hope management can improve to provide a better guest experience.

Room Cleanliness and Maintenance

We occasionally noticed an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. It would suddenly appear and then disappear after a while. We also noticed that some corners and hard-to-reach areas were not thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, the cabinet had an unpleasant smell, similar to that of cockroaches. We hope the housekeeping team can pay closer attention to these areas to ensure better cleanliness and sanitation.

Water Spa and Kids’ Pool

Unfortunately, the water spa and kids’ pool were not functioning properly during our stay. The water spa, in particular, was not heating up as expected, and the water remained cold. Since we were staying with a toddler, this limited our ability to let our child enjoy the pool facilities. We ended up using the bathtub instead.

We hope the hotel can regularly inspect and maintain these amenities to ensure they are fully operational for guests.

Overall, we enjoyed certain aspects of our stay, but addressing these concerns—particularly cleanliness, room maintenance, and the functionality of the pool facilities—would make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. We hope management takes this feedback constructively and uses it to improve future stays.
