A Pleasant Stay with Room for Improvement. The lobby was a standout feature for me — beautifully designed with a clean and inviting ambiance. The front desk staff were accommodating and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and efficient. Additionally, the hotel offers ample and accessible parking, which is always a plus. The Wi-Fi in the room was great — fast and reliable, which is always appreciated during a stay. There was an event happening during our stay, but I was pleased to find that our room was quiet, and we slept comfortably without any noise disturbance.
The room was clean and well-maintained, but there were a few things I noticed. The bed, although comfortable, had a bit of wear to it. When I laid down, I sank slightly, possibly due to the spring bed being a bit worn out. There was also a stain on the sofa, which was a bit off-putting. Unfortunately, in the evening, the toilet flush stopped working, though I didn’t call the staff about it. Not a major issue for me, but something worth mentioning. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool areas, as the Water Spa and Kiddie Pool seemed a bit too dark and the water didn’t look very clean. Instead, I decided to enjoy the bathtub with my toddler.
Complimentary breakfast was basic, but okay. They offered coffee, but unfortunately, they had run out of sugar. While this wasn’t a huge issue for me, it would have been better if they ensured they had enough supplies for the morning rush. There’s a restaurant on the ground floor and even a 7-11, which was very convenient. Although the hotel advertises a 15% discount on their sports facilities, we didn’t get to use them since the staff informed us that we needed to book in advance. My daughter was excited to visit the play area, but unfortunately, it was closed during our stay.
Overall, it was a good experience. There were some minor issues, but nothing that truly detracted from the stay. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient with decent amenities. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
