Great and relaxing ambiance. Friendly and accommodating staff. However, my massage experience was so so. I'm not sure if the assigned masseuse with me was new but I found the massage less and less satisfying towards the end as if she has already gone tired. My friend was satisfied with her first time massage experience tho and said it was very relaxing. I hear her masseuse communicating constantly with her throughout the process. I'm glad she enjoyed it:)
