Easy to redeem but always remember to be there before the scheduled timeslot. SM is strict when it comes to their enlisted timeslot. We didnt make it to 5:15pm due to long line on step1, so we just opted to use the voucher to only 1hour session at 7:30pm (last batch to skate for the day). Despite that, we had fun
The experience was great! The massage is excellent, thera is well trained and accommodating. The place is accessible, reservation at least a day before is required.
